My eating disorder started my senior year at BYU and didn’t stop until I had my sixth baby. 16 long years of trying everything possible.
I tried everything to get better, but nothing worked, until I found a simple solution:
Gratitude.
Gratitude was the one thing that turned the tide. I spent 2 years recovering and finally found peace. When people saw my transformation, they started asking me to help them and their daughters.
I have spent the last five years working with clients as they find REAL recovery.
It’s not about the food, it is about becoming whole and aligning your body and spirit using tools you already possess. Change IS possible, permanent, and beautiful.
You can calm the feelings of overwhelm. YOu can find peace.
